TrustViewer is an independent platform for honest company reviews. We help people make decisions based on the real experiences of other shoppers, and help companies get feedback and respond to it.
Honest rating
The score is built only from real, published reviews. We don't fake stars or let companies “buy” a rating.
Community voice
Users rate the reviews and promo codes themselves — useful ones rise to the top, outdated ones are filtered out.
Open dialogue
A company can claim its profile and respond to reviews publicly — both sides are in plain view.
Independence
We're not a seller or a company's representative. We describe rather than advertise: the platform is neutral to both sides.
How we calculate the rating
A company's rating is built from user scores on a scale of 1 to 5 and reflects their real experience of buying and service.
We fight fake votes and spam so the score reflects real experience rather than efforts to inflate it, and we don't let companies pay to influence their rating.
Moderation and company responses
We remove insults, spam, advertising and knowingly false information, but we don't delete a review just because it's negative. A company can respond to any review publicly — that's fairer than hiding it.
Verified reviews
A review gets a “Verified” label when we can confirm there's a real interaction with the company behind it. The label helps tell a confirmed experience apart from an anonymous review.
For companies
The catalog is open: any user can add a company, and its page stays forever — even if the company has no reviews or deals yet. The owner can claim the profile, expand the company information, respond to reviews and post their own promo codes and offers.
We don't delete or edit reviews at companies' request and we don't sell places in the rating. The only way to raise a score is to work with real customers.
